Symphony no. 3: In Praise of Winds


Commissioned by the School of Music and the University Bands at the University of Michigan in honor of the centennial celebration of their School of Music. The score is dedicated to Bob Reynolds, (former) director of bands at the University of Michigan. The second movement bears the inscription “To the memory of Alec Wilder.”
